Kumho TCR World Tour and TCR South America join again this weekend in Argentina at the Autódromo Internacional José Carlos Bassi, La Pedrera.
After Santiago Urrutia's victory on the home soil at El PInar, Argentine fans hope that Néstor Girolami could achieve the same result on this modern circuit of 4.3 km that is located in Villa Mercedes in the province of San Luis.
Girolami is currently placed sixth in the standings, 45 points behind the leader Ehrlacher, but his Honda Civic Type R FL5 that is run by the Squadra Martino Racing in the two South America events is improving race after race.
Track activity will start on Friday afternoon with a 20-minute Shakedown and a 30-minute Free Practice. On Saturday morning the second Free Pratice will be followed by the Qualifying session. The first race is due to start at 15:10 local time, with Race 2 at 12:10 local on Sunday.
Qualifying and both races will be streamed live on tcr-series.tv.
