Urrutia and Ma receive time penalties after Race 1

Santiago Urrutia and Ma Qing Hua were both handed 5-second time penalties after the first race at El Pinar.

Urrutia was judged guilty for making contact with Néstor Girolami, while Ma for punting Esteban Guerrieri into a spin.

These penalties dropped Urrutia from fourth to seventh and Ma from 15^th to 16^th.
