Vila Real’s street circuit is one of the new venues included in the 2025 Kumho FIA TCR World Tour’s calendar.
The Portuguese city that has already hosted TCR competitions in the past, namely the FIA WTCR in 2018, 2019 and 2022, will receive the Kumho FIA TCR World Tour for the first time on July 4th to 6th.
The 54th Vila Real International Circuit will also feature rounds of the Campeonato Portugal Velocidade, the Portugal Speed Classics Championship and a pre-war Classics race. The sporting event will be associated with musical shows, gastronomic festivals and celebrations for the centenary of the city.
Rui Santos, mayor of Vila Real said: “We have been able to organize every year wonderful events that paid homage to the great tradition of Vila Real’s races. In 2025 this will happen again, but with the aim of go even further, as the city of Vila Real celebrates its 100th anniversary.”

We know from the past years that this is a perfectly organised event that attracts a huge crowd and is very popular with the drivers.
